Profile
王林,男,博士(后),山东济南人,现为ios版雷竞技官网食品科技学院教师。2021年8月毕业于福建农林大学,获博士学位;期间以联合培养博士生身份赴哈佛大学应用科学与工程学院学习一年(导师:David A. Weitz院士)。2021年10月进入清华大学航天航空学院固体力学系从事博士后研究(导师:郑泉水院士),2023年10月加入山东大学胶体与界面化学教育部重点实验室开展博士后工作(导师:郝京诚教授,杰青、长江学者)。主要从事食品胶体与界面材料、肉品加工与质量安全控制、生物质大分子功能化以及智能食品包装等方向的交叉研究,致力于将材料化学、力学与食品科学深度融合,解决食品品质调控与安全保障中的关键科学问题。近年来,在 Advanced Fiber Materials、Nature Communications、Advanced Functional Materials、Chemical Engineering Journal、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids 等国际期刊发表学术论文70余篇,其中第一作者18篇、通讯作者24篇,影响因子大于10的论文14篇。Google Scholar 总引用3700余次,h 指数35,i10 指数57。已授权中国发明专利8件,参编食品科学与工程类教材3本(编委)。近三年,获省级人才项目2项,参与多项国家及省部级科研项目,包括中国博士后科学基金面上项目、优秀博士学位论文资助基金、博士生出国合作交流项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目与面上项目,以及“十三五”国家重点研发计划专项等。现担任 Journal of Future Foods、Food Safety and Health 和 Food Innovation and Advances 等期刊青年编委。兼任Advanced Functional Materials、Chemical Engineering Journal、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Packaging and Shelf Life等期刊审稿人。
