ios版雷竞技官网植物营养学博士，草学博士后，英国帝国理工大学（Imperial College London）访问学者，中国草学会教育专业委员会理事，江苏省科技副总。

目前主要从事草地根际微生态、退化草地修复、盐碱地改良、土壤地力提升、生物肥料等方面研究和应用。以第一或通讯作者在Soil Biol Biochem、New Phytol、Environ Microbiol、Agr Ecosyst Environ、Biol Fert Soils等期刊发表论文30余篇，申请（或授权）发明专利10余项。

主讲课程：《草地土壤微生物生态学》《草地微生物世界》《草类植物营养与肥料学》等。
